CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Property: Anchorage Waters  
Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

All bookings at Anchorage Waters are subject to the following cancellation terms.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.  
• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.  
• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival (including $1,000 fully refundable damage deposit).

CANCELLATIONS AFTER FINAL PAYMENT  
• If a booking is cancelled after the final balance has been paid, 50% of the final balance will be refunded.  
• This equates to a refund of 25% of the total booking value. (Plus the $1,000 fully refundable damage deposit).

DATE CHANGES
• Date changes may be considered at the owner’s discretion.  
• Requests must be made at least 9 months prior to the original booking dates.  
• Approval is subject to availability and the ability to rebook the original dates.  
• Date changes are not guaranteed.

NO SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES  
• No refunds apply for no-shows or early departures.

​

TRAVEL INSURANCE  
• Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances.

​

OWNER CANCELLATION  
• In the unlikely event that the owner is required to cancel a confirmed booking, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept this Cancellation Policy in full.
